The TurboChef 100011 mesh cooking basket is a replacement part that is suitable for use with compatible TurboChef ovens. The cooking basket fits TurboChef models C3, Encore, High H Batch, High H Batch 2, i3, i5, and Tornado. It is coated with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to keep food from sticking.
